Board Member
Aaron Rich is the founder and owner of Aaron Rich Marketing, ARCITECHX, and Low Voltage Cabling Contractors. Starting those businesses in 2013 as a single employee, the companies have grown to 16 employees currently. In this time, the businesses have won various awards including over 30 ADDY awards through the American Advertising Federation, the Bay County Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year Award in 2021, theBay County Chamber of Commerce Entrepreneurship Award in 2014, the Bay County Chamber of Commerce Innovation Award in 2018, as well as placing at #37th on the Seminole 100 for the fastest growing companies led by FSU graduates for the year 2020 and again placed 44th on the Seminole 100 in 2021.
Aaron is a person who is heavily involved in the community and is a board member on the Alignment Bay County Operating Board, member of the Military Affairs Committee, board member of Habitat for Humanity of Bay County, board member of Early Education and Care, board member of the FSU Panama City Development Board, member of the Ascension Sacred Heart Bay Medical advisory board, and is a member of the Bay Education Foundation board. Additional areas of service within the community are Haney Technical Center Computer Systems and Information Technology advisory group, Gulf Coast State College Digital Media Advisory Council, and Bay District Schools Career and Technical Education Committee. His previous community involvement has been to have served on the Downtown Rotary Club board of directors, member of the Leadership Bay steering committee, participant in the Honorary Commanders program at Tyndall AFB, American Advertising Federation board of directors, Humane Society of Bay County board of directors, and Bay County Chamber of Commerce board of directors. Aaron has been also named as a Notable Nole by FSU-Panama City in 2014 and is a dedicated supporter of the college.
Aaron is a Downtown Panama City enthusiast. He and his wife Heather have purchased two blighted properties in the downtown area and have been working to modernize those properties and contribute to the gentrification of the area. The property at 842 Harrison Avenue recently won the Panama City Beach Chamber’s Beautification Award and the Bay County Chamber’s Apple of Our Eye Award.
Aaron has been married to his wife Heather for 10 years and has two daughters, Vivienne (8) and Adele (6). In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family as well as bass fishing, golf, and often both at the same time otherwise known as the sport he and his goofball friends co-invented, GOLFishing.
