Donna Pilson
is the Executive Director for Rebuild Bay County, Inc., Bay County’s Long Term Disaster Recovery Organization. She is a 25- year veteran of the United States Air Force where she retired in 2018 at the rank of Colonel, and a career Program Manager and Engineer, experienced in managing technical acquisition programs. She moved to Panama City in 2010 and has volunteered with the Girls Scouts of the Florida Panhandle, the Panama City Marine Institute, J.U.D.O.S., the FSU-PC STEM Institute, and the Bay Education Foundation. She currently sits on the Alignment Bay County Governing Board, Habitat for Humanity of Bay County Board of Directors, United Way of Northwest Florida Strategic Planning Committee, and is the President of the Panama City Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
Donna holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Tuskegee University, a Masters in Aeronautical Sciences from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, and a Masters in Military Sciences from the Marine Corps University. She is married to Coy Pilson and they have two children, Corey and Kiana.
